Name: Marta Testa aka Ed’s wife or Lorenzo’s mom.
Rover: A couple Discovery 1’s and a Velar for daily driving.
Modifications: It depends on which Discovery. I have two of them depending on the situation!
About Me:
I used to be scared of off-roading, but it wasn’t really easy to avoid with being married to an off -road adventurer and Land Rover enthusiast. During a trail run in Anza Borrego about 15 years ago I got behind the wheel out of necessity so hubby could spot someone and we figured out that I was much happier if I was behind the wheel. The rest is history. Fast forward to today and I love getting out on the trails as much as he does.
Favorite Destinations:
My absolute favorite trail is Holcomb Creek. I like trails that have some technical challenge. I think it’s fun to be cautiously bold and challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone.
Why I love SCRC:
It’s a great way to get out and meet new and interesting people. We’ve made some really great friends over the years while exploring new trails and club activities.
